* All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.
* Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message/email with tracking details.

Shipping Within India

Estimated Delivery Time: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, sales, or unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Charges

* Standard shipping charges apply to all orders
* Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout

Cash on Delivery (COD)

* Currently we are not accepting Cash on Delivery

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via:

* SMS

You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided.

International Shipping

Currently, Chaapaa ships only within India.

Delayed or Failed Deliveries

Delivery delays may occur due to:

* Weather conditions
* Courier service disruptions
* Incorrect shipping information
* Natural calamities or strikes

If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

Return to Origin (RTO)

Orders returned due to:

* Incorrect address
* Repeated failed delivery attempts
* Refusal to accept delivery

may be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).

For prepaid RTO orders, customers may need to pay re-shipping charges for re-dispatch.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive:

* A damaged product
* A wrong item
* Missing products

please contact us within 36 hours of delivery with:

* Order ID
* Unboxing photos/videos
* Product images

Our support team will assist you with a replacement or resolution.
